ABOUT ANKHOA INTERNATIONAL AGENCY INC. (AIA)

As an organization for Artists, AAI represents, publicizes and markets Fine Artworks of prominent International Artists and selected handmade Artistic products to be marketed primarily in the North America and worldwide markets.

AAI was established in 1982 under the name of ANKHOA AGENCY PRODUCTIONS and the direction of Albert Ankhoa, as an Artist Management Company and a Production house, headquartered in Beverly Hills , CA.  In 1995, AAP expanded its marketing direction to cover Asian Artistic products for the North America and European markets along with the explosion of the Internet new business paradigm.  AAP changed its name in the same year to Ankhoa Agency International Inc. and moved its HQTRS to Westminster, the capital of the Vietnamese in the U.S., in order to better represent and to be closer to the hearts and minds of the  Vietnamese-American community.

 

MISSION

AAI Mission is to preserve, promote and market hand-made Artistic Products and Fine Art from Vietnam and Asia for the International markets respectively. 

 

 

BUSINESS SELECTION CRITERIA

  1. Companies that produce Artistic products that are made by hand and meet AAI selection criteria
  2. Selected companies or Artists must agree to exclusive representation to AAI for a period of not less than one year
  3. All inquiries from customers in covered market segments should be redirected to AAI for single point of contact and proper marketing purposes
  4. Companies that already has established products in the Asia market but not yet established in more than 3 major Metropolitan Cities in the U.S. and Canada
  5. Financially sound Companies only with less than 25% debt to earning ratio
  6. Minimum 5 years in Operations
  7. Responsible for all shipments and insurance to North America market.  Be able to drop ship directly to business addresses in the U.S. or to Port of Long Beach , CA ..
  8. Be able to provide samples and Marketing and Promotional materials to AAI for Advertising and Promotion purposes
  9. Share 50% of the Exhibitions costs of their own Artworks or a percentage thereof when there are more than one Artist or company in presence
  10. Be able to provide Artists biographies and samples of Artworks
  11. Be able to provide samples on consignment basis
  12. Be able to send Artists and representatives to participate in Exhibitions or Promotion and Marketing events

 

AAI OFFERS THE FOLLOWING TO QUALIFIED COMPANIES & ARTISTS

o Publicize and market hand-made Artistic products and Artworks of selected Companies and Artists

o Responsible for all costs relating to direct Sales activities and developments of Press Releases, Biographies and Company backgrounds (with Artist and company provided drafts) and the distribution of same

o Provide International publicity and advertisement coverage through AAI E-Commerce Website and direct Email campaigns

o Share 50% of all Advertisement and Show costs with Companies or Artists

o Produce and host Exhibition Shows at selected Galleries in selected Cities

o Establish of Wholesales and Retail Sales Channels for the North America market

o Develop and manage of Marketing and Sales Programs and Sales teams including Compensation schedule and Quotas

o Develop and manage of Advertisement and Publicity programs with major TV networks and News media

o Develop and manage of the North American distribution network for Companies’ and Artists’ products

o Develop Pricing and Promotion Programs for Retail and Wholesale Channels including discount plans and special events.
